FERMENTATION
Fermented in small stainless steel tanks and transferred to French oak barrels, 20 percent of which were new. Aged for 18 months prior to bottling.
TASTING NOTES
Bright, savory, supple, with dark red cherry, compote, tree bark, sage brush and saddle leather. The wine opens beautifully to reveal authentic Cabernet Sauvignon flavors, with a very supple mouthfeel and incredibly soft and subtle tannins.
