In the early 1920’s, my Grandfather’s career as a commercial artist began in San Francisco. He specialized in product design for wine labels, malt liquor, booze, and other household items; he was the brainchild behind many designs that still exist today.
Fermented in stainless steel tank until completely dry. Transferred to neutral French oak barrels; there is no malolactic fermentation.
This is a bright and savory Mediterranean-style white wine with aromatics of citrus, white pear, fresh hay, and lemon zest. And ideal companion for oysters, shellfish, and Cocktail Hour.
