SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Charges for each order shipping to locations within California are calculated at the time of check out, and the shipping carrier is selected internally based upon the shipping destination and weather conditions. You may request a specific carrier when placing your order; however, we do not guarantee your selection will be available for your area.

In cases of extreme weather conditions (i.e., heat and/or cold), Wines That Deliver reserves the right to delay the release of shipments to ensure the highest quality of products at the time of arrival.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Ground delivery will arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery occurs Monday through Friday, and rarely on Saturdays for home delivery, excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot ship alcohol to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at (415) 662-2075.

DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

All wine shipments require a signature for receipt and a signature must be obtained from individuals over the age of 21 years.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Where online tracking is available, the tracking link will be provided once the package ships. Orders traveling via ground shipping may take up to two business days to appear in our system due to delays in receiving information from carriers. Orders traveling via temperature-controlled shipping may take 3-5 business days to receive tracking information.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

While we continually monitor inventory to ensure our website's accuracy, there are occasions when certain vintages sell out or are no longer available. When that occurs, we will replace the wine with a similar vintage or varietals. For questions or concerns, please contact us at (415) 662-2075.
